should i run 1/0?

currently im im running 2 amps ones is pull 900wrms and the other 200rms. should i be running 1/0 power wire? none of my electrical is upgraded. im running some wal mart kit right now. im running gauge to my distro black then 4 to my sub amp then 8 to my other.
