posession of a firearm while "intoxicated" i guess... something stupid, they were also saying that i tried to do it on purpose. but most people trying to harm themselves with a firearm dont shoot at thier leg. my guess would be the head, but, cant tell them anything once they've made up thier minds.

Get a lawyer, he'll get that charge dropped. Getting shot is painful enough I would assume.

thats bs, why are 'they' trying to say it was on purpose when 'they' wasnt even their at the scene?!

goodluck on your court date, bring your buddy and tell the judge what happened. im sure he or she will understand (if its a decent judge as mentioned).

i didnt feel the need for anything. miscommunications can happen anywhere, at any given time. i'm also certain of a few other things.

1) i didnt load the gun

2) it went off almost immediately into my hands.

but with what happened its hard to remember every detail. i'm not positive why the gun was pointed at my leg, or why it was loaded, or why the safety was off... all questions that we might never know the answer too. working on pics lol. got a few shots (no pun intended) off my sisters camera phone.

The last time that happened, I dropped the spool of 1/0 gauge I had and ran like hell...man, if they catch you wiring these days there's no telling what they'll do to you. Soldering too? Don't even joke about that one.
