Shopping for clean system

Right now I am in the market for a reliable 4 channel amp, it doesn't have to be expensive or very powerful, but enough to run a set of components like some XR's or Bostons. I will add a sub down the road but I just want some really clean good sounding speakers in my 4Runner right now.

-I found a MTX4244 for what I feel is a really good deal, its sends 4x45 @ 4 ohms which should be enough to get good sound out of some speakers, I have had 2 mtx amps in the past and had good luck with them.

-I am also wanting to buy a set of JL Audio XR's or Boston Pro's. 6.5" components front and maybe 5.25 coax rear. I am open to speaker choices, I deffinately don't want something cheap, I want them to last a long time and sound very clean in the midbass and highs especially.

Will 45W per speaker be enough to run some 6.5" and 5.25" speakers, I can always upgrade the amp down the road if I need or want but I don't need the speakers to hurt the hell out of my ears and compete, I just want a really good sounding daily driver that I can turn the volume up and not get any distortion with some good midrange. Also what are some other choices as far as brands to choose from with 4 channel amps, I am not fond of Kicker or Audiobahn or Rockford Fosgates. I guess I just haven't had much experience with other brands.

Yeah the website says they take 125rms at 3 ohms, I figure if I bridge that amp and run 2 channels it would be fine on the more powerful bostons, but I haven't exactly picked out my speakers yet, I am really focused on that MTX amp I found because the price is right and I probably don't need all the power the Pro's offer, but they would be nice to have because I am really dead set on sound quality over loudness. I almost bought the amp but I wanted some second opinions to see what people are running and if they have any luck with that power range on some components and coaxials. Like I keep saying they don't have to be the loudest speakers on the block but they better sound **** good.

****it, I missed out on that amp, it was $55 and somebody else bought it by the time I woke up this morning. Yeah Dynamat will be on the list as well. I keep hearing about Rainbow as a company since I have been reading through these forums, but I have never found them or heard of them prior to joining CA, how do they compare to the bigger brands like JL and Boston or Infinity? I am somewhat on a budget, I don't mind spending money on good parts and I find cheap knock off parts a total waste, but I do like finding good deals and I want to be happy with the first pair of speakers I buy for a while, not the second, or third etc. That is why I am asking for people to throw some more brands/models out there as alternatives to the bigger name brands I am familiar with...

Elton I noticed you have a 98 Runner as well, I am told by some people you can fit a 6.5" speaker in the rear doors of the 3rd gens and some shops say you can't do bigger than 5.25, anyone around here have a definate answer? I'll check YT as well.
