im shipping my 20.1 and ~20ft of 1/0 from Texas to Ohio...

well they quoted me 88 bux and some change...

first thing i said was holy shit and shook my head...

then the lady(who was hot) was like well we can probably cut down the dimensions for you so she entered some other shit and dropped it down to 48 dollars...talk about trying to rip me off....

ive been using DHL and theyve been good to me so far...i dont even know who this was through though...they were going to put the 20.1 box into another box for me and im getting the T# emailed to me..

Oh, your having somebody else pack/ship it. Thats the problem, those places will **** you.

 
The transformers for my monoblocks cost a bunch to ship from PA to NC, but they did weigh 80lbs combined...

Heck, even when I sent the 2A3 stereo integrated to British Columbia it was under $50...

 
I've sent 40.1's across the country for $30, 50lb subs for $40, and 50ft of heavy *** 1/0 hyperflex for $8.50 (sometimes usps rocks)

I'm cheap and don't trust packing people, I always do my own packaging.
