does anyone know what this is and how to fix or get it. im trying to reinstall nero but everytime its about to be done a little pop up comes up and says shellmanager database corrupt or missing. when opening nero it gives three options fix, reinstall, remove. i tried all three of these and each time that little pop up came up. even when i went to my control panel to try to get rid of it it wont work because of that shellmanager database thing. i know theres a bunch of comp. people here so hopefully someone can help. thanks
