so my DD 9510 was shipped earlier this week...and it wont be 'delivered' until monday....but its sitting in their **** facility 20 minutes from my house since 11:30am today....and those asshats wont let me come pick it up instead of havin it sit in the facility getting kicked and thrown around for 3 days....they're bastards. i hate them //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Does it say "DESTINATION SCAN" on the tracking site or does it say "ARRIVAL SCAN"

Chances are it only says arrival scan, otherwise you would be able to pick it up. All the arrival scan means is that the truck or plane has arrived at the warehouse and is in the process of being unloaded. If you think your package is more important than the thousands of other packages in transit with it, march your *** down to the warehouse and complain. Otherwise be happy that your package is on time, which it is according to your paperwork.

i never had a problem wit them around here. they jus usually get to my neighborhood late when im waiting on them all day, im like their last stop i guess cause i live so close to the hub.

DHL on the other hand shipped my stuff early in the morning instead of in the evening, but their hub is farther away
