Shared Chamber Box Question

I have been using a single SA-12 in a box by itself for a month now so its well broken in.

I am building a box for both of them and the other one is brand new.

Would it be a problem having both of them in a shared chamber because of those differences?

Just give em' proper space and it wont matter if one is brand new and the other is a little used.

There should be that much of a difference to where it'd actually matter. Just keep an eye on things at first to make sure one isn't behaving differently for some reason, and after that you should be fine.
