So your saying the amp was good and then on an easy day it took a shit. So it WORKED when you got it. You were happy no complains and then it dies after a week or running it wrong. Yea sounds like your completely at fault here. Maybe the guy did know it was a bad amp but its your fault for running it wrong and messing it up more.

We just did a rebuild on pops 77 Chevy. Full air ride with 6 link in rear, Porterbuilt in front, ACCU-Air, 2 Viar 440c compressors, Vintage air and a 5 channel OS Ample Audio amp. Added up the potential amperage draw and pops ordered a new Mechman alternator and an XS battery. Doubtful he will suffer any issues in the future.

It has dual inputs correct?

I was trying to make a point about electrical needs and provisions with the truck list. Doubtful he is pulling the current that the 4K can pull yet upgrade in electrical was still needed just by adding up potential current draw.

Nobody wants you off here. All we want is you to be a productive member. You have to learn when to take your lumps. When to pay your respects and balance dues (csc). I have no doubt you feel like you were screwed.... that being said the honor system in car audio is if it did not get damaged in shipping, works as it should and doesn't have any visual signs differing it from it's description.... it is yours the moment you start jamming it. I'm sorry it happened but it's not the sellers fault.

You said everybody pushes their subs till they stink. Everybody running that hard pops an amp too every now and then. You popped your cherry. You knew what you were getting into. You kept talking about blowing it and hope it's not too much to repair.

Just do whats right, take your lumps. If you want a warranty, buy new. Pay your debts, fix the amp, upgrade your electrical and then be productive.

Why should the seller be out the money for the amp and get screwed in the process. If you want your money back, have the amp fixed to the condition it was in when he sold it. Then send it back.

I haven't taken the amp out yet because i am waiting to see what the hell paypal and the seller want to do. I know i need to document all of my setup for him like he asked

I can tell how much life an amp has in it if i was the previous owner.. Now this guy is telling something that isn't truthful about the mechanicals about the amp. There've been little lies throughout the sale i'm catching onto
Also there are blemishes on the amp that look like something thermally failed in his car that's besides the point though

So, explain exactly how you can tell how much an amp has left???

Why would you pay the extra money for a powerful amp, if you didn't have the electrical for it?

Maybe if you didn't have the immediate funds, but planned to upgrade later. However, I would not. Stuff like this happens.

oh wow shammy you should sell your services to companies... Instead of having the amps inspected they should just hire you to look ag them and feel their aura and let the company know if its a good amp thatll last past a year or a bad one that willcbe back in for warranty. You can be rich here man!

man you are completely out of line calling me out like that CSC i kept my mouth shut and kept paying you even though i was dissatisfied with my install. i never let you know i was disastisfied because when you get **** installed by other people it's bound to not go the way you want it. but you know what you put my crud out in the open so here you go man

when i first bought a box off you i was told it was tuned totally incorrectly and that's why no output was coming out. wrong, you wired the subs incorrectly resulting in them stinking and not putting out any output. instead of me saying that i bought the box you have already shotgun made for me. you even said that box would be made at a discount but you still made me pay the $120 you charge for an unpainted box.

i don't like calling people out or making people look bad especially publicly.

there are also bent and broken panels i am still discovering throughout my car as i rerun bass remote. panels that i have not even touched before so I definitely did not take any part in breaking them. the only other person to mess with those panels is you. with that said you wrecked **** in my car that won't clip back into place, and you did this after you said you don't break stuff.
