This is a better late than never build. You guys have been helping me with my system since early November in 2014 so this build log is definitely over due.

Here's some pics of the past supplies that have been installed into my car over the past couple months.

... That is the 80 PRS which makes my time a lot easier when tuning.

Chauncey batteries are freaking killer.

This is like $300 worth of electrical supplies minus the batteries. Mostly stuff from SHCA.

Here is the amp installed on my slick amp rack

I have been slacking so hard on carpeting I kick myself every time I look at the amps xD

It's just my priorities for fabrication are pretty **** far back

Oh yeah you can see the PPI in that shot too, it's a sneaky little bastard.

Here comes the grand finale...

I freaking received the CT 4000 from the guy off Caco

I was so stoked when the UPS guy rolled up to my house with the 3 foot long box in his hands xD

Look at that amp absolutely trump the SoundQubed 2200.1 in size.

I tuned it all up today and gave a demo to my neighbor who freaked out because I got louder than his friends who called Advanced Car Stereo for their $1.5k systems.

Right now my voltage is chillen around 13v, never below 12v. I have to keep it this level for daily because my HDS312's start smelling if I push the gain harder for daily.

I think I can burp and push the subs a lot harder with this amp but I'll save that

I only have one run of inputs into the amplifier at the moment but i'm going to upgrade that asap

haha aight, to be honest though I am so happy with this amp because it fits the electrical so well.

i'm really not trying to get an H/o alt and I think beyond this amp will call for that.

right now I am gonna be upgrading subs but who knows, if i'm not satisfied with the sound after upgrading subs, i might grab something bigger.

Going from a 3800.1 to a 4k wouldn't be a noticeable difference, haha. Probably wouldn't even gain a tenth on the meter.

If we were talking CT vs Ampere i'd roll with the Ampere 3800 all day then some

Yea i know the extra 200rms would even be noticeable but the price diff from him selling that 4k to a new ampere 3.8 (unless i can find one used in a couple months) is a huuuuge diff lol

Is Ampere that better of a quality?

I wouldn't sell this ct for a penny less than 500

and i saw a couple amperes that were already sold going for 525 shipped

25 bucks for a way better brand all day xD

and it's not so much ampere is better quality but the fact that ampere will definitely honor the warranty.

while thedinger has a reputation of being... the dinger
