shallow SQ 8" woofer

I still do not have an automobile but still think my grandfather is selling me his 4dr dodge dakota. The doors are 7" speakers and i was thinking about putting a nice set of $500 components on an amp for the front stage, 15" IDQ and amp in the back and then i want to cut out 8" holes and maybe glass it but i want some shallow 8"s for rear fill. These are some how are they? Pioneer Premier TS-SW841D

I ran the 10" version in my crew cab for a while and pushed with about 400 watts. I would say they are very clean sounding subs but they do not do well with ANY distortion or clipping. Keep the power high and clean and you will get good sound out of a tiny little package...
