Shallow Mount Champion

I am Going to buy the 07 CrewMAX Toyota tundra in a few weeks and i Need some opinions and reviews and feedback on a new setup.

Out With the Type R 15 ... Need to get a couple of shallow mount 10" or 12" subs for under the rear seats

Going to run it off my mrd m1005 ( 1000w rms )

Pioneer, Rockford Fosgate or Kicker or others

Have My front stage, comps amp eq and now need my sub problem fixed....

Get 3 Pioneer Premier shallow mount 12's. Thats about 1000wrms. Thats what I got.

Yeah, CA&E Magazine tested the Clarions and the Pioneers together, and the Clarions scored higher.

You really have to go shallow mount? I thoguht I would have to in my Titan, but low and behold I put an assassin and still had space to downfire it.

The Phoenix Gold RSDs are less than 5" deep IIRC

Would be my first choice if you went with an actual "shallow-mount" woofer

Elemental Designs has thire shallow mount on sale right now for $70 with free sh I think.

well i do not want to go shallow mount but i do not have the specs on how much room i have to build and enclosure and by the way, my tundra will eat your liddole taco alive....lol i used to own a taco, good but not great...
