i do not understand this thread. i had the issue with tristan, made the post to get his attention (and explain the situation fully), and got a resolution to the situation. while some may think negative feedback is not a big deal, it is to me as i have been selling on ebay for over 8 years and i value the accomplishment. but i do not understand the genesis of this thread; if you have an issue with tristan handle it, not agitate.
