I have the Alpine iDA-X001 connected to a Zapco 9band PEQ using RCA out of the Front RCA outputs on the HU. From their I go into a 3 way electronic crossover into the Front INputs. Then out to 2 amps, one for the fronts and one for the sub.

My question is will it make ANY difference at all if I were using the sub RCA outs on the HU?
