Settings help! Complex system tuning issue.

Ok, I have a reasonably complex system which is listed below. Problem im trying to figure out is this. My PPI Par 225 preamp shows clipping coming in and out. I have to actually turn my dials down below 0 which means I obviously have to adjust me center frequencies, but short of getting someone to RTA my system, how do I know where to center them? Also, my clippin lights are going nuts!

headunit to Epicenter, to ESP, to Preamp, to Crossover, to Amps. If I even touch the Epidenter the outgoing clipping goes on almost solid is this normal for a EPI?
