Setting Gains Properly

I'm trying to set my gains properly using this site:

I'm using 2 2ch amps:

2 4ohm speakers at 90rms x2.

2 4ohm subs at 200rms x2.

What would be my approximate target voltage?

180rms with 4 ohms?

400rms at 4 ohms?

I'm not sure how these circuits work, if they're parallel or series and how that affects the target voltage.
