set filters on AMP or Head Unit ???

I would do it one the head unit if it has the same functionality.

That should allow you to make changes to your settings easiler.

Depends on what has the better processing power, but I'd prefer everything to be on the head unit or other external processor...

I prefer one of the other. But I have noticed that on my Alpine deck, HP 80hz aint like the HP 80hz on the Alpine amp. Maybe it's the slopes.
