Serious Problem Here!

I'm running a HiFonics ZX6400 with 2 10" Audiobahn subs....everything works, because when I touch a ground connection the amp turns on and the subs work, but then it cuts out right away, what would cause that...I just think its a bad connection so I look around for another one.........HELP!

Drill & ground GET BARE METAL. Use someone's nail file if you have to. then turn the gain down. and set it proper.

are the subs dual voice coil? and how do you have them wired at the amp?
