series and parallel together?

hope this doesn't sound stupid, i've got 2-15" 2ohm dvc solos. can i hook them both up to my bx1500d mono amp someway? could i series each one to 4ohm, then parallel them to 2ohm? please help if u can //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/driving.gif.c4dead4599dda895032b63e51f52b126.gif thanx

Erm, well you actually just wire them together in series, which would give you a 2 ohm load, but then you're only getting 1000 watts, or much less according to some people,

putting them all in series would give you an 8 ohm load, he had it right the first time. i don't know how stable the amp is but if you wire them all in parallel you'd get .5ohm. i'd probably take my chances.

just do a series/parallel wiring to 2 ohms

This is how you do it....it will give you a 2 ohm load.
