Sentra center dash molding. (pics)

i got it from parts express and i believe it was the metra kit.but i never really had any problems with it not lining up with the radio.

and i didnt modify anything, i just bolted in the radio to the metal bracket that goes in the dash and snapped together the trim piece with the lower trim piece.

it all fit pretty well the first time.

and i have already posted this on b15sentra.net, where else would you post it at?

i dont have a membership on the Vboard or i would have posted it there too.

I did not see it on B15, but I have not really poked around on there today. When did you post it there?

I have the Metra kit as well, but it lined up very poorly. Rather than ***** up your thread with a pic, check out this thread:

Around the 3rd post down are pics of the fit of the kit. The cutout for the HU was too low, making a huge gap at the top of the unit. I bent the mounting bracket and got it to fit a little better, but even now the face seems to hit the kit as it folds out. It is also almost like the whole unit needs to slide forward to allow the face to clear the lip when opening. I may have to sand it down, which will mean that I follow in your footsteps and paint it for some uniformity of finish.

as far as the hu fitment i dont know what to say, the face folds down on my pioneer too but i havent had any problems with it hitting.

That sounds good but that is now what i am trying to get away from (the shiny finish)i would like to find some texture spray paint to make it blend in a little better with the other panels.

also, i want to put my little GPS system inside that bin on top of the 4 way flasher button. Is there anyway to rip that lid off?
