Read article i linked? What I was talking about was in direct correlation to a factory leaving my area...the factory my mother works for did away with automotive seat foam and carpet. That factory is in Mexico now..in my area that factory location lost 460 jobs by itself:laugh: What about Eaton? they had at least 2 factories close that went to Mexico and the other Canada (all in my area!) I do not even have to go to the bigger county south of me to get a negitive impact. Navistar, GE......I am sure there is more. Each one of those places had someone I was related to who lost a job because they were having a factory in Mexico take its place.
hmmm how much automotive did/ does China do? Do they make suspension parts now? Do they make the materials for automotive interiors now?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif What I am talking ABOUT SPECIFICALLY IS THE JOBS LOST VIA NAFTA THAT ARE NOW ARE IN MEXICO:laugh: YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT WHO THE FARK KNOWS WHAT. I AM TALKING ABOUT MY LOCAL ECONOMYOk, let's try this again. I know that Messicans have taken jobs (Lear Corp, formally United Technologies, here in town has shut down due to Messicans.).
My point is, which one is producing FAR MORE goods than the Messicans? China, IIRC, holds a SUBSTANTIAL part of our national debt, and on top of that is our #2 trade partner behind Canada. Now, last I checked, China wasn't part of NAFTA, so where does the blame go?

It's clear the guys who make a living managing money and dealing with investments have NO CONFIDENCE at all int he stimulus bill, mortgage bailout or anything else these Dems are doing.here comes our 7000 dow
There is definitely a reason why after his approval ratings started dropping he came out and announced he wants to cut the deficit by 50% by 2013.It's clear the guys who make a living managing money and dealing with investments have NO CONFIDENCE at all int he stimulus bill, mortgage bailout or anything else these Dems are doing.
This bill will also not create even CLOSE to 4 million jobs, it will not do anything the American people want.
I doubt he will even be considered again for 2012 elections by voters if he keeps this shit up.

Never underestimate the power of dumb voters though...

I don't know squat about the markets, all I do know is that I should have waited about 2 weeks longer on paying off a 401k loan I had out...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gifWhat makes me lol the most is this....
Consider how the Dow is constructed, it's a price weighted index.
If GM, BoA, etc drop by 50%, it takes off 16 pts off the Dow. The S&P is a slightly better guide. Even still...nice lows.

I AM TALKING ABOUT MY LOCAL ECONOMY: NOT SOME PIE CHART OF OVER ALL NATIONAL TRADE DRAWN UP BY SOME NAZI. I also do not know any jobs that moved in to the area because of NAFTA so unless you can prove as many factories moved in and created as many or more jobs BECAUSE of NAFTA any point anyone brings up is just as invalid as my point.
