Sell American Bass VFL 200.1 or not to sell? HELP

I have a local offer of 475 for my american bass vfl 200.1. I could buy an aq3500D for 500 shipped or two dsc 1500.1s and run them at .5 each. but I have a 1/4 ohm load from my two HDCS. They do rise a lot so I think the AQ would be fine wire to them at .25 nominal, but Is the vfl a better amp? Does it have better quality parts than the aq. The one side of the board is identical.
