i find it funny that people think the consumer should not be asking for any deal we can get. Its OUR money if you dont want to give a deal on your product or sell b stock then say so.

Is it not a common saying " never pay retail? " retail would be what is posted on SS.com.....so i guess asking for a discount would be the obvious thing to do....

This would not stop me from ordering from SS or ant, but if i were to read 100 topics like this it may change my mind.

Too bad the call/s were recorded.. The kid could slap a lawsuit on that guy for verbal harassment. Its one thing cussing him out but to call him back and ***** him out some more?

That really shows the mentality of the Ant to stoop that low and even cuss at a customer is just wrong.

Shits going to be cut-throat come later on.

 
I think this was a dumb move on the OPs part, I think Ant is justified in what he did and honestly I would be kinda bothered by it if I gave you a hook up and you sent all your friends my way to get hook ups. This is his job, he makes his living from selling. If the only people I had as customers were kids that came to me hearing I had deals on damaged items and thats all they wanted I would have told them something along the lines of No, are you interested in actually buying product otherwise I need to return to work, sounds like thats what he said as well, just with a few more words put in
Not really, when you own a business, you have to deal with stuff like this. I mean if you cant handle the calls, then find another job. Not saying Ant is bad or anything, but kind of shady on his part.

If you dont like to smell ****, dont work at a zoo!

come on now. i think were all guilty of doing what the OP has done here. i think its a little ridiculous that the OP is getting so ridiculed. if there can be a million "SS is the greatest in the world" threads why cant there be negative feedback as well?

CS is just as important as the product itself. Circuit City is a prime example of that. CC had the same products everyone else did, but their customer service went to **** and quickly the business went bankrupt.

i think everyone is freaking out over nothing. im sure the million "SS is great" threads will outweigh this one negative thread. especially if ANT comes in here and defends himself and owns up to it or at least explains himself.

they must have a number available to someone. i remember there being a thread about it because the OP of the thread got all hot and horny because a woman answered the phone.
