searched, read, now need advice for 6.5 components

the budget is 500.00

musical tastes include progressive trance, vocal trance, rock, acoustic rock, punk

favorite test track - alice in chains unplugged

front stage amp is JL 300/2 which is 150x2

so whats a good set of 6.5 components for me. going in stock door location and i already have the doors dampened.

i have read contradicting stories on dls, cdt, etc. I like tight thumping midbass, smooth midrange, and smooth detailed highs. Silk tweeter is a must.

Here is a small list of what i was recommended so far, so what should i use?

1. diamond s600s

2. DLS UR6

3. DLS UP6

4. CDT EF-61 carbon fiber deal

5. CDT HD-62

go dls ur6 wont regret it. but it has massive clarity when it comes to instruments. but i think it lacks midbass

Rainbows like live music-heck they like all music...In your budget I'd look at ARC Audio ACS265's and Rainbow Profi, and see if you can get a listen to Diamond D6's and Fusion Jonah LOmu's.
