sealed BTL's?

I've though about sealing my BL at times, but I never know if the outcome will be worth it. I guess take a day when your not doing a thing and just try to seal the port with something and listen for the difference. More than likely it has to do with the BTL's and BL's cooling, but I'm no genius.

I guess i will just build a new box tuned to 20hz than but ive never seen it done like that before. All the low end ground pounding monsters i have seen were sealed enclosures.

Uh? This thread has me scratching my head. Not one person thought to ask this guy why he thinks he needs to tune to 20hz in car audio?

IIRC someone has posted pics of a x-cab Dodge built at a local shop he frequents that had like six BTL 18's in a wall, sealed. Score was pathetic considering the equipment. It was a flame-fest. Im surprised nobody has mentioned it yet.
