Screen size on new pioneers

Hey guys, I was looking at screenshots of the P80MP and the P8MP and noticed that they seem to have a little a*s screen all the way over on the right side. For those of you who have actully seen these HU's, could you comment on the size compared to the other Pioneer HU's and the newer Alpines? I like alpine's stuff honestly even though I own a pioneer AVH-P5700dvd. I had the 860mp, andthe only advantage it has over alpine is graphics. If you want graphics get pioneer, if not alpine is the way to go.

anyways, i recommend you go to the store and check it out. i went to look at the 80mp and the screen was not that big imo, but it was a nice display. my friends, non car audio people, were amazed by the bling factor cuz it was really sleek and bright blue. i too liked the display and i'd say the screen was about the same size as my 860...not that big. i dont think you'd be disappointed aesthetically speaking, but definitely just go to like circuit city or something and check it out yourself.

Well heres the kicker, no stores around here carry the 30 or 50 series alpines, and i'm not sure they carry any of the premier pioneers, so all i really have to go buy is screen shots. I'll try again in a week or so, maybe they will have them in. I really don't care about bling factor, as long as it's functional and easy to read/navigate.

Then buy the alpine then. Less work to get things changed the way you want to.
