Does anyone have experience installing a sub in this car (2004-2008)? I was thinking of a single 12" but would love to hear from those who have already experimented/tested out different setups. I was looking at a DD2512, all suggestions are welcome!

Agreed with this here. Since you have the unit pulled out of the car/dash...test it at your car battery directly for operation. very simple to do...
