Scion tc Hcca box design!! Need feedback

So I gotta a 07scion tc that I wanna run my orion Hcca 12 inch dual 2 ohm. I'm making a custom wedge box. Dimensions are height 1 is 17.5inches height 2 is 11 inches depth is 27inches and it's 38inches wide. It's 6.5cubic ft tuned to 35 hz. what do u guys think?

What's the size of the port? Looks to small and I would go a little smaller on the enclosure.... so maybe up the port area and keep same tuning. which will increase port volume and lower the cubic feet.
