Saz1500 installed but No Output?

So my car is at the install shop right now and the owner tells me that my saz1500 powers up but "has no output"... what do you guys think is wrong?

yea he used stinger rca's but he finally noticed he had them plugged into the wrong inputs. everything is good now.. thanks

no doubt. i would of said something like i forgot to reconnect the battery ground. forgetting to reconnect something that you disconnected for safety reasons looks a lot better than plugging shit in wrong.
