So my car is at the install shop right now and the owner tells me that my saz1500 powers up but "has no output"... what do you guys think is wrong?

no doubt. i would of said something like i forgot to reconnect the battery ground. forgetting to reconnect something that you disconnected for safety reasons looks a lot better than plugging shit in wrong.yeah, and why would he actually tell you this? lol.
Thats pretty embarrassing, when you're paying for "professional" work..
