they both come from the same build house , so they could look simular but has some have different parts......most amps nowdays are made in korea at zenon.....like atomic,hifonics,sundown,rd,etc.......

Jacob has been constantly adjusting and upgrading his amp, more so then any other amplifier company I know. People need to get off this addiciton of

This is starting to remind me of the Arc Audio guys who got sand in their manginas after they saw that the much cheaper Cerwin Vega amp used a very similar board! After all, what was the Cerwin Vega, 1/3 the cost of the Arc?

hey all i said was the boards look the same....and they are identical. chances are sundown uses better components.
