I am building a box, for two 15"s. The vent length is longer than my box so i am going to have a 90 degree turn in it but i think it may go over to far. Will it affect anything if the port goes more than halfway acroos the box?

The dimensions for both sides are the same. Here are the dimenions of one side, w21" x h18" x d18". The vent dimensions are w2" x h16.5" x L29.75.

Do u think having the vent turn and go about 15" across the inside of the box will make a difference in sound? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Having a bend in the port won't affect the sound of the box.

As long as the port is the correct size. I've heard many boxes with long ports that had to have multiple 90 degree bends. They sounded just fine.

You'll be alright.
