Running Car audio stuff at home

for running car audio stuff at home like amps and stuff, what do you need to do. I know that you cant just plug the amp into the waall being that its 120v. Could I get some basics? Thanks

you mean an inverter... how much power are you planning to run?

A good size one is gonna be pricey...

You really don't need as many Watts in your house, so a 80-100 dollar PC power supply should be good (300-500 or so Watts)
