Beef up the electrical to the cigarette lighter. Make it ******* 1/0 awg if you can. Nobody will ever see that **** under the panels

I just read through it all... Wow. Did the owner of the car know about the car fire waiting to happen? Glad to see you did it right. In my opinion if it can be returned to stock OEM without having to order new parts, it's not modification. At least not major modification.
