running 2nd battery

When these readings were taken, was the ambient temperature the same? A difference of only .3 volts can easily be accounted for as a change in other variables.
the change was within 5 minutes or less of each other. the voltage was a constant before and a constant after...this is just at idle.

also did the big 3 in 0 gauge in addition to the stock wire if that matters to you

Before or after switching grounds? Not trying to be to brash, just trying to determine if there was another cause.

 
old school wiring trick back in the day for SQ guys. it was the big3 and grounding back up front to lose the noise and get better power. most of you will laugh but that was actually a trade/comp secret in the middle 90's lol
