Hey guy's was just wondering if this dash kit would work for a 93 ford explorer sport? sry for the newb question.

When all else fails I put my vehicle into the "what fits" section on crutchfield and then add a receiver to my cart and see what install kits it lists for it when you view your cart.

Tried that for your vehicle and it showed:

also from pe's fitment guide looks like the one you listed or 99-5512 should work

You can look up what kits/harnesses you need there.

In your case, the 99-5510 or 99-5512 will work.

The 99-5512 is what I have used in those vehicles. You just have to trim the kit alil.

i dont think that the 93 models need a dash kit

Unless you're installing a shaft-style cassette deck, you don't need any mounting kit at all for a 93 Explorer.
