Running 2 amps

Generally running a single run of larger wire back, then splitting it between two smaller wires for each amp, is the preferred method. Its cleaner than running a separate run of smaller wire for each amp, cheaper, and easier. But, if you already have a run of 8 ga in the truck for a first amp, and are adding a second amp, just running another run of 8ga wire for the new amp, rather than ri[[ing up the old and replacing everything, is sometimes cheaper or easier.

Assuming both setups have the proper sized wire, either set up will work equally as well in terms of performance.

I saw it as...later on I wanted more, and it would be silly to buy more of the small wire when I could go ahead and add 1/0 and a distro such that later I can intall whatever I want without having to rewire and spend even more money
