runnin two seperate amps on front and back speakers

is there anything i should kno before doing this such as any ill effects. i wanna hook up a jl 500/5 to my front speakers and a jl e4300 to my rear speakers since they have been sitting around i wanna get some use out of them. is there anything i should kno bout hooking them up or tuning them? thanks for the help
