Run Rcas?

I'm running my 4 speakers off an Audiobahn amp. The Audiobahn has a line out to hook up another amp with short RCAs.

My question is should I run another RCA from my HU to the MONO amp I'll be getting, or could I get away with just short RCA's to the Mono? My concern is that my HPF on the speakers will affect the sub if I run the short RCA's.

Read the owner's manual....it should tell you if the processing on the amplifier affects the RCA outputs aswell.

However, if your headunit has a dedicated RCA subwoofer output with decent adjustability such as crossover point, level setting, etc....you would benefit by using the headunit's RCA output instead of daisy-chaining them.
