Rosen R5005 Help

bought one on ebay and can't find a owner's manual for it anywhere on the internet. trying to hook it up in my 98 tahoe. the rca jacks are not marked in or out or anything like that. do you have to use the remote to get it to work????? I assume the rca jacks on the back are the outs so I ran those back to the inputs on my tuner but I have no picture or sound.

any help is apprechiated.
