Need some advice...

I was looking at this setup...

Head Unit: Pioneer DEH-P7400 (less that $200) (reg=$350)

Amp: Rockford Fosgate 700S ($269) (reg=$500)

Sub: Rockford Fosgate Punch HE2 RFP3212 12" ($87) (reg=$199)

*above prices are with my discount so they would usually be alot more...

after doing some reading now i'm thinking of going with a SWR-1240D - 12" Type-R Series instead of the RF...is it worth $40 extra to go with the type R???

if so will the RF700S amp work well with it???
