i personally hate rockford and jl so dont talk tome about them.....but probably just about can give u an impratial opinion (even though id go for the memphis anyway!!!) powerwise the are probbaly gonna give you the same altjough i would trust the memphis to do a better job of stability at 1 ohm. oh and the rockford average price is around $500, memphis a little cheaper, around $420.
