OK, so I prefer Rock and Metal to Rap. What Rock or Metal songs really flex the windsheild. Couple songs that I will throw out are

Eagles - Hotel California - Live Version Hell Freezes Over

AFI - Prelude 12/21

Almost Easy by Avenged Sevenfold, tons of random bass in the chorus.

The entire album by Ozzy, No More Tears.

The song "Three Wishes" by Roger Waters of his Amused to Death album has a Genie that speaks, starting as a whisper then builds to a high 20hz or low 30 hz roar several times in the song.

Id have to disagree with the metallica. Lots of midbass, but nothing low. Maybe some of the more recent albums, havent listened to them as much

Most of the Avenged self titled album has good bass. Pantera has some good bass in a few songs also.

Pink Floyd's The Wall album has some impressive bass in it.

The first Rage Against the Machine has some decent bass. Unfortunately, the bulk of it is 40 Hz and up.
