Rms

OK let me explain this... MY 2 12s can handle 1000 Watt PEAK power each, and 200 Watts RMS each, How do i run them on RMS Maximum Power.. idk how to explain this.

 
ummm. they run on rms on their own.. thats just the continuous power.find an amp that puts out 400 rms at whatever resistance your subs are....hook it up, and be sure to turn the gain ALL OF THE WAY UP it adds mad deebeez.

No issues there. The amp will output depending on the speaker's impedance rating. Are you using a component x-over or is only the tweeter with x-over?
