Need Amp For Subs

I am looking to match my MTX RT12X2A subs with an amp. The subs have a 4-ohm impedance, 400 RMS, and here is a link to them http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?g=510&i=236RT12X2A&tp=112 . I was looking at the MTX TA5302 900W Watt Amp and wasn't sure if they were compatible or the best for them. Any Suggestions would be appreciated.
