Rims For My Toyota Camry

driving to picnic.

out to the boonies.

road's narrow.

wide *** truck coming at me.

his left tires are on the center line.

i position my car on the right half of my lane.

not far enough over.

a little more, a little right of the white edge line.

as i proceed forward, the road to the right of me runs out.

my right front tire falls off the road, about 5 inch drop.

huge noise.

everything seems alright.

then i hear a whistle.

flat tire.

i call parents, they bring me my spare, we go home and inspect the flat.

oh, it's more than a flat tire.

i cracked a rim.

SOOOOOOOOO i'm in the market for some rims. I have a 1995 Toyota Camry, but I am not entirely sure what the specifications for the rim have to be. http://www.tirerack.com shows that I can accept up to 18" rims.

My car is emerald pearl, and I'll be getting a new paintjob (of the same color) here in a month or two. I'm also gonna get a 20% tint.

Basically I need suggestions. What rims would look good on a dark green camry? I don't think I want completely white rims. If there is someone around here that has some rims that they are trying to get rid of, let me know.

I probably wont spend more than $800 on the rims.

wow - i had the same kinda thing happen a looong time ago in driver's ed - some dipshit on state route zero came left of center really bad; I dropped tires into a gravel a little, and the ed teacher freaked out, praised jesus, and grabbed the wheel, driving us into a field.

i guess what i'm looking for is any advice you guys could give me about rims. such as good brands to buy or what would look nice on my car.

like i need my rims to be durable, naturally... i dont want them to break like the rim that i broke did. are there any brands that are flops? just stuff like that...

I would go with black with a chrome lip or silver. That what look good on your car.

Get those req, I have never seen a Saturn with a decent set of rims.

*edit* checked the site out; They have RoadHazard coverage; Might be a good way to go for an exta fifty bucks.
