Rims on a low budget...

so I was kinda talked out of buying rims when I first asked if I should look into buying them BUT I changed my mind now that I realised school wasn't as expensive as originally thought. I got about $900 to buy rims/tires. I would like to get my rims/tires new also.

Any suggestions? they are going on a red Ford Contour. I would like 18's but 17's would be nice too. Preferably some gun-metal rims or something that is not chrome. I would even take chrome if they were not tacky. Any suggestions for sites to look at and anything I need to know before I look into buying rims. I have never had to worry about buying this stuff before... any advice is nice.

I just guessed you car year 2000, i like this site cuz you can see what they look like, plus it tells you what rims are light weight which is a plus.

this is the cheapest place on the web IMO wheels/tires shiped with lugnuts everything for like 700 bucks for 17s, one of my boyz is really good friends with the owner so i might be able to get you a little deal http://www.rimone.com, they mostly sell like motgeis eagle alloys and like primax or sumthin but you cant beat the price
