Ridiculous set up

Well, if I go 4 Subs/2 Amps there is a Deepcycle and an Alt in the near Future.

Im not sure I could do ported boxes in my car. Civic Trunks are way Shallow, and most of the Subs I have been looking at are pretty high volume.

Plus, I was planning on Building the Enclosures myself to Fit Custom in my trunk (show quality). Not sure I can make a ported Enclosure look as good.

Im pretty sure you would be able to get two L7s ported in the trunk. Or the Type Rs. Whichever you choose. And they would both be **** loud.

Just dont get the audiobahn shit.

Overrated? Read somewhere they sound way better Sealed then Ported, which would be good for my Application I believe.

the pioneer 3002s are great subs that are cheap and get really loud and sound pretty good as well. i got mine of ebay from some guy in houston i think, he always has them on ebay, dont think he stole em

Check out the Powerbass 2XL, and the Extreme amplifier. All match and look decent and can be had for less than your budget. They will outperform a type R anyday.

L7s would be loud also. Just dont get a type R.

since you live in O.C. i would suggest calling ,PM'iing, or going to Tuans shop. its called advanced car creations and ask for tuan. he'll get you started in the right path and they carry a bunch of good brands.

you COULD get 1 Tuan designed(or built) box with 1 or 2 decent subs in it, 1 amp and be done.

I'd go with 2 12" RL-p's and a MD2. Thats what I have in my daily and I couldn't be happier.
