I dont know if I'm over thinking this or what, but I'm a bit confused and would appreciate someone with more knowledge giving me a hand if you dont mind. I have an old RF P160.4 that I will be running to a set of RF T1652 components. I'll be running bridged, 2 channels into the crossovers that came with my comps. My confusion is with the stereo and mono diagrams below, which setup do I want to use?

The way I am understand this is if I hook it up "stereo" then I will be getting left signal to the left channel and right signal to the right channel? And if I hook it up mono I would be getting both left/right signal into each speaker? If thats the case I would want to go with the "stereo" diagram right? Am I understanding this correctly or am I way off? Thanks for any advice, I do appreciate it!!

Thanks,

J

^^^ agreed, but you might consider running the tweets into the front channels and the mid bass into the rear channels...that way you will have active crossover and more control over the frequency to each driver...just a thought, as I am unfamiliar with the particular components I would see if a local shop would take a look at the set and give you a def yes or no as to if that will be ok

That would be a good idea except that this amp uses the old XCards, so it's pretty much a pre defined frequency like the passive crossover would be. Otherwise I would definately run it 4 channel. Great advice though, thank you I appreciate it!
