They don't produce them anymore, and from what I've read, they are supposed to be pretty beefy...

Theres a few people on here with them...

I think theres a 10" that did a 148 or so on the new TL, but Im not sure, have to look around, or you could always search.

It's my understanding that the SEXXX was replaced by the SX because it was basically the same thing.

SeXXX = SE + XXX soft parts

handles more power than a SE, also much more throw.

I thought the SEXXX was just made in limited numbers, and the SX replaced the HC?

I think you might be right. I always get the HC and SEXXX a little confused.

i think you are right..btw, i have a xxx15 and lets just say i prob. wont be "upgrading" any time in the near future..res new sub sounds mighty tempting though.

Im not entirely sure, I just remember reading that somewhere.......I do know that the HC was replaced by the SX, I owned HC's, and called RE about them a few times.

In any event, if its anything like the HC or SX, you would like it quite a bit.

the sexxx was only for the people who paid extra when they sent their se's back to re for recones and they got the xxx soft parts, evolving the seXXX, then re came out with the SX to replace the HC

SX replaced both the SeXXX and HC (hence why the SeXXX is no longer available)....The SX combined the best of both subs.
