when you post **** like this thats what i think of

kmsl. if you think so. ive tested it. it works. you never tested it so your talking out your ***..

So now your telling me what I have and havnt done. I have resin inside of enclosures before and it's pointless. Gained more by round overs on the port. Like I said 98% of the time you don't know what your talking about and you just proved my point by trying to tell me what I have and haven't done. Your a TROLL:2thumbs:

like that time you attacked me saying my prototype sounded like **** when i was stress testing it and i posted another video of it playing music sounding fine?

kill the noise dude. i know alot about this ****. ive tested **** for years and competed before you had a system

well its wierd i put resin in the corners and coated tge box and gained.. i think you just are clueless of the technial aspects

It's different for every install... You could gain or you could loose. It's not worth it to spend time and money to gain .1db

i overbuild my stuff. i don't mind spending the extra 15$ to coat it and filling the coners. it increases the rigidty lowers the resonance and lowers the resistance of transfer of pressure from the enclosure to the cabin. like putting a vent external.. it is alot of work for a littlr gain but i like to build the best. not settle for less. but i dont know what im talking about so ill let the man do his own testing. good luck with your build distrubed. ill come through todhear it when you done..

When doing 45's you've got to have the port width in the bend as precise as possible, so user error plays a big role in any loss or gain. There's just too many variables involved to prove that the 45 is to blame. I use them in every box I build, if only for baving extra bracing. I use body filler to fill/smooth where the 45's meet the port wall, but I can't say whether it adds any gain/loss.

As far as the resin goes, I use it to seal the inside/outside of the box of it's going in a boat/UTV/jeep to help with resistance to moisture.

Sent from my Motorola 2950 Special Edition 3w

the less resistance the more linear the pressure in a system. we can argue all day. one thing i do for a living is pneumatics.
cheap butchers diamond wax will do the same thing and is mucho easier to apply. I didn't even bother with that in my trunk set up....still did a 58.1...guess I should try some "tricks" so it gets loud lol
