Im looking add rear fill to my car and was thinking of changing out a Hertz ep4 to a PDX 4.150 to do so. Im currently running the older HSK165 comp set up front and was wondering if I'm gonna notice any reduction in SQ when i switch to the PDX since ill be dropping the power from 190W to 150W.

Supposing that you end up with a PDX that doesn't have any issues, you most likely will NOT hear a difference based on the power alone. As to whether or not class-D sounds different from class-AB (is the Hertz class AB? Can't find any specs on it), that is up to your discretion. Try to pick up a PDX4.150 used, then audition both in your car and see what you like more. That's the best advice I can give you besides suggesting other amps.
